CRS 419 - Didn't get ITA !!

My CRS is 419. I deleted my profile on 18th and re-created on April 20th..to create a fresh profile.
I am aware that last cut off was for 415 points. I have CRS of 419 but still haven't got ITA.
Please guide what could be the reason !

Job bank registration is also done.
It took 24 hours for it to reflect on my profile. So technically job bank was reflected on April 21.

You had deleted your profile before the last draw, and created a new one after the last draw.
You must have active profile in pool on the day of the draw to get an ITA. (and also have enough points to make the cut-off)

Express Entry profile is in Submitted state.
Job bank is registration is accepted.
Minimum criteria met.
FSW met.

No, not in your case. You haven't had your profile in the pool at the time of draw(period)

It could be a month or could be a year for the CiC to go as low as <420 in the next RoI?

No, not in your case. You haven't had your profile in the pool at the time of draw(period)

that's bad luck...

don't worry about it, you still good for getting an ITA if the draw is within the next two weeks, after that is hard to say...

You must have made some mistake. I did exactly same thing like you. I declined ITA for 452 CRS and withdrawn my EE profile on April 18 or 19.

Even after withdraw my profile was submitted and there wasn't any option to create new express entry.
I called CIC and they said make a new account or report technical issue (Approx. one week to reply but I got it in 2 days)

I created new account, made new profile with correct info, Linked my old job bank account with new profile number. after that for whole 24 we are processing you job bank registration. next morning I woke up I was invited in 415 cut off.

Even though after this much process and profile was not even active I was invited just because I submitted everything needed before draw
