Would suggest your spouse to also write IELTS and have the Education assessed to add points from the spouse side. As for your current IELTS, it can be massively improved which will push your score past 400 for a chance at PNP (Ontario maybe)
What is your Master's in ? IQAS and CES may evaluate your Master's to Canadian Equivalent but that also means a high waiting time.
I will try to push him to write but I don't think he would write and yes I will work on my ielts too ..I have done my masters in business administration .. yes was thinking to apply in CES but it will take.good time for the reports.
