I have CRS of 350 but didn't do WES and IELTS for spouse. Someone can kindly address my following doubts.

1 how much points I can improve if my wife scores 4 or 5 in each IELTS band and by doing her WES
2 I am planning to visit Canada in July, can apply for free work permit my NOC is 1223

You can get one extra point for 5 band in IELTS for spouse and 8 points for bachelor degree.

I don't think there is any stream to apply open work permit without job offer.
