Find an employer who will file for a LMIA. The LMIA proves that no Canadian has your work experience, language skills and education to do the job. Make sure it is high wage or most likely not approved. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. Get degree evaluated and take language tests.
For trucking, you don’t even have a provincial driver’s license and that doesn’t let you drive a truck. That involves more testing so research the province you plan to move to.
