critical situation with ITA need help for express entry third draw

hai there

i got invitation on third draw... and my work permit got ended on jan 31st.... cic issue my work permit with only 22 months... i have applied for extension of the shortage period ....which in process(applied through online)... wondering what will happen with my ITA issued by cic....
like to know that am i eligible to apply for PR with my current states ....... if any one know any answer plz reply

What do you mean by shortage period? Are you on post graduation work permit? If yes how did you get invitation ?

If you applied before you work permit expired you are on implied status and can stay and work in Canada while you are waiting for a decision on your work permit.
Did you have LMO or PNP to get an invitation?
