Critical | Graduation date discrepancy

Hello folks,

Caught up in a tight situation. Please find my timelines below:

My course in GBC, Toronto : Jan'18- Dec 14, 2018
Co-Op Semester : Sep'18 - Dec 14, 2018

Because I wanted to continue my co-op job (on implied status), College issued me an early graduation letter saying I graduated on Dec 5, 2018.

Applied for work permit : Dec 13, 2018

The issue is: I worked full-time Dec 5 - Dec 13. But according to early grad letter, i graduated on Dec 5.

Does this create a problem for me at places like 'personal history' for Express Entry application, background check etc. Please advise what should I do to resolve this well-in-time.

Or maybe I don't need to worry if only months need to be entered in 'Personal Activities' section. Or would it need specific dates?
