Criteria for valid job offer

Hi All,

I have received a job offer from an employer and now I am marking in my express entry profile for it.

• What additional document I will need to attached along with Official job offer letter.
• Will it be consider a Valid job offer if without LMIA?

You will need an LMIA. There are some exceptions from LMIA. Check about your NOC.

Unless you have already been working with the same employer for at least one year, you will need an LMIA to have it considered a valid job offer.

If you have already been working with this same employer for a year, then it matters what kind of work permit you have...
