Criminality: Passed - Expired

Our application for FSW-O has been in progress since June 2017 (yes, 3 years and 1 month you read that right).

the latest GCMS noted we ordered show our criminality status changed from Passed to Passed-Expired. Does that mean they’ll need new documentation? Or they’ll renew things on their own?

Hi I feel you pain. That pass crazy.

I cant answer your question, but just curious at anytime did you pass all stages like eligibility and Security

We passed everything within the first 6 moths except security. We were sent for comprehensive security screening and been stuck there since.
