I am on the final stage of my PR app. I received the portal 1 and just yesterday, the final decision was removed from GCKey and today COPR details can't be found in tracker anymore. I called IRCC yesterday and the agent said that they missed to check something on my criminality stage, might be an internal error and hence it's back to in progress from passed. Anyone who has this same case?
