criminality and security

Hi all,
i have submitted my application on february 2,2024, i got an update from call which i had with ircc agent, said criminality in progress while security not started yet
how long it take for criminality and security to be completed? another question in my Gckey account under “Review of additional documents” says We need additional documents to process your application…
is mean they need more documents from me or it’s just website glitch?
to be more clear they have required already to update some form and documents, i sent them all

So you have received ADR and submitted it. Wait for them to review it and they'll reach out if they need anything else. Background check takes quite a while to get completed. Varies from case to case. In the meantime, apply for GCMS notes and you would be able to know the specifics of your file.
