i have submitted my application on february 2,2024, i got an update from call which i had with ircc agent, said criminality in progress while security not started yet
how long it take for criminality and security to be completed? another question in my Gckey account under “Review of additional documents” says We need additional documents to process your application…
is mean they need more documents from me or it’s just website glitch?
to be more clear they have required already to update some form and send them few documents which i sent them all
