I am a born canadian sponsoring my common law partner and we are currently living in morrocco her country as a worker for the past 6 years. She is originally form Senegal and I am wondering how to go about getting a criminal records check submitted.

Would it be best to get two one from her country of residence and one from her native country?

Thanks in advance :)

You must follow the instructions in this region specific document.

It includes a section on police certificates and links to
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

You will almost certainly need one from each of the two countries, unless she left Senegal before she was 18 years old.
Best to start that process immediately as it can take a long time for some countries to respond.
