Hi all,
I studied university in Singapore 8 years ago and have never been back to Singapore again. I applied for a criminal record in Singapore once while studying for a master's degree in Canada.
So in case of PNP submission, do I need to apply for a criminal record in Singapore? Although I have never been back to Singapore

Did you stay for 6+ months? If so, yes, it doesn't matter how long ago it was (provided it was after age 18).
