Criminal record not declare in spousal sponser- Urgent

Im new to this forum and would like to confirm this. I sent my outland spouse sponsership applicant in March 2020 and still waiting for AOR.
I was charged with Fraud in 2012 and never got convicted and charges were dropped. My fingerprint and photos were also removed by Police.

But in form, I selected "Never been charged" as I thought they are asking for sexual abuse charges. Do you guys think I will have any problem? Also do I still have criminal record?

Please provide your feedback and what can I do now? Thanks

You have NO criminal record.
In the form, it specifically asks if you've been charged under an act of parliament with an offense punishable by a maximum prison term of 10 years. So, if your charge was applicable then you need to resubmit your sponsorship form, or it will be misrepresentation.
