Criminal Record Check & Medical Exam

Hi all,

I've received an email from CIC today requesting for a certified RCMP Criminal Record Check based on fingerprints. Meanwhile, they have acknowledged receipt of my other Police Clearance where I've previously lived. Does anyone know what is the next step from CIC after submission of the RCMP criminal record check?

Besides, I have completed my medical exam on 2nd Oct, 2012 but they did not mention that they have receive my medical exam and it was not updated in eCas. I've checked the tracking and the doctor has mailed the result out on Oct 12, 2012. When would they update in eCas?

Any advise will be much appreciated.

Congrats on your MR, it is a huge step forward. Many a time after medical, it is assumed that applicants has scaled all hurdles and I believe that too. Keep watching, check email everyday. E-cas is not reliable at all these day. Anyway, expect good and favourable reply soonest.

Well, got my medical results status updated in ecas on 12th Nov. And now, I've received my RCMP Police Certificate and have send off today.

Not sure what would they request next. How long would they take for PPR? Any idea?

My timeline are as follows:

Application Sent: 09/07/2012
AOR: 20/09/2012
Medical Request: 20/09/2012
Medical Sent: 12/09/2012
Ecas: 12/10/2012-Medical results have been received.

Not sure what next?

How about your application? Any news? do you know what's next?
