criminal record certificate for Young Prof. Visa

Hello,
one question:
DO I need from every country where I have been longer than 6 month a criminal record certificate. ALSO If I was there with the work and holiday Visa? or only if I really lived there and had one address where I lived?

im in canada since april 2012, and applied for young prof visa in feb 2013. got my loi a few weeks ago, and already have my new work permit stapled in my passport. they didn't ask me for a criminal record check for the time ( 1 year ) i spent in canada. not sure about other countries tho.

hi I applied YP visa end of February!
How did you got the stamp in your pass ...Did you traveled to the border?

when your application gets approved you will be sent a LOI. at the POE you will then present that LOI to the officer, who
will issue your work permit.
so you have to leave and re-enter canada to get your new work permit.
