I was shocked to find that in the US, they ask:
"Have you EVER committed a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?"
Is a question like that asked in Canada's PR application and interview?
Say for example if one had done drugs in college years ago. They were neither arrested nor caught. Is one ethically bound to admit to that?
