Me was charge with misdemenour for seeling alcoholic drink to minor over 10 years ago and had to go through probation. Now I want to apply to Canada as skilled worker- how serious is this misdemeanour in canada and can I still do my application.

You can still apply for Immigration to Canada, not that you don't have to worry about it but tell the truth in advance in your application. If this happened in the US, try expunging the record and then apply- it usually takes 90 days to expunge a misdemeanor and it depends on the state.

I see today for this expungments. But if I do this then Immigration Canada don't find out?

No, it will be there on the FBI record, the conviction cannot be deleted from the record like that, but the court will give you a dismissal letter saying that all charges were dropped, that court letter you will show to CIC. Also you need to explain what happened 10 years ago. You cannot hide anything, just make sure you tell the truth and all will be fine. If you lie, you will be denied.

Check with the court and find out if this record can be expunged or not because in some states you cannot expunge certain misdemeanors. Not expunging the records does not mean that you cannot apply, you can still apply, but to be on the safe side you should expunge the charge.

I checked and can do expunge but canada will still be able to see on record. The expunge lawyer said since more than 10 years I can qualify for Deamed Rehab. They said there is no application and this is automatic. Is this true, do they automatically grant this after 10 years or does it depend on the visa officer? What happens if he no grant?

It really doesn't matter as providing alcohol to a minor would be considered 1 summary offence, which doesn't make you inadmissible as either a visitor or immigrant.
