Hi everyone,

I am completely new to this forum. I’ve tried to find the answer to my question online but haven’t really been successful.

My case:

I am originally from Germany and I just completed my bachelor’s degree in the US.

I was convicted of reckless driving in Virginia in February 2013.

I am now waiting to hear back from grad schools but learned that my mistake will possibly ruin this plan.

Does anyone have experience with this? I read something about a TRP, which might help me, but other than that, I am completely clueless.

I appreciate any help.

Thank you!!

What penalty were you given (fine, license suspension, etc.) and when did you complete that penalty?

Thank you for your response! I had to pay $500 and my license was suspended in Virginia for 6 months. The court date was on February 7, 2013 so I guess 6 months later than.
