Does anyone know how do you move your old credit score (for SIN starts with 9) to new SIN# ?

We landed yesterday, and will visit Service Canada this week.
had been in Canada for the last 3 yrs. under WP. and had been told that I can move the credit score but they didn't explain how.

who else should be notified (I know I should visit.. SC, OHIP, Bank, Employer...)?

Thanks,

For credit score, you could inform Trans Union and Equifax of your new SIN.

I'm not sure about "moving the credit score" since both numbers will be linked and the information sent to Canada Revenue Agency(CRA). Any record on the old SIN continues to exist even when you use the new SIN.

It is important to confirm with CRA that both numbers are now linked before you file taxes using the new SIN. Otherwise, there may be delays in processing your tax refund. This is what a CRA agent told me when I called to inquire.
