credit card not charged after 2 months

Hi,

I have applied on 03/17. Still my CC is not charged.. bit worried..do I have contact CIO or Can I wait?... Please advice.. Also, If anyone has the CIO contact numer or email, please let me know

i was in ur same situation , i sent my papers 23 dec 2009 , then on 23 march they sent me e-mail , telling me that the credit card is invalid

Unfortanetly there is no way to communicate with CIC except by mail box courrier

but all what u can do to make sure of ur e-mails and visit it daily

Did they ask you to provide them with another method of payment or did they reject your application and send it back?

they send me e-mail requesting another way of payment , and gave me 30 days as validity period to send within the other payment

But unfortunately , on 26 may 2010 , i got mail by normal post mentioning that my cheque reached them after this period and they sent the whole papers back on 1 april , and the cheque reached them 2 april

On the other hand , my valid period should be ended on 23 april 2010 , so obviously they did mistake
so i resent my application and reached them 2 june explaining the situation and that they were wrong
