What will happen if a credit card is having insufficient or not enough funds on the time when CIC will take/charge the payment/fee for the PR application? If this happen are they going to send a notice or are they going to send back the documents?
Are they going to send a letter stating the insufficient funds in the credit card and will put it aside until the card will have sufficient funds? Or, they will send back the whole application package?
