Credit Card Declined - Any Chances

Hi,

Yesterday my bank declined transaction done by CIC. Bank gave reason that transaction was out of country. I have asked my bank to let transaction go through if CIC is trying again.

My question is - Is CIC going to make another try to charge my card again?
If yes, any idea within how many days.
If no, within how many days I am getting my application back.

I would appreciate each and every response.

They will try again within the next 3 - 7 days but that will be the last try before they return your application.
