Credit card Charging issue URGENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the CIC.GC.CA I downloaded the Fee payment form .

where there is option of paying from Credit card .

My question is in the fee payment form of CIC 5620 only Card number , expiry date and CVV is asked .

I am from India i am posting to Sydney from India .

I believe India is in the list of acceptable credit card country.

Please anyone tell me about how cc is charged by CIC ??

The problem is when I do online shopping , since my card is registered to Verified by visa service ,

Pop up message comes in web portal to enter verified by visa 6 digit code

Also this message also comes when the card is Master card and owner of the card is registered to Master code secure code program .

Also there is no field in the CIC form 5620 to enter 6 digit Verified by visa code , or 6 digit master code secure code.

Has any one has these codes associated with their cards and still Credit card is successfully charged by CIC ? :-[ :-[

while you are downlading forms from cic.gc.ca website, you will find one form which is related to credit card payment form. but this is not acceptable for certain countries. make sure your country is in the list of credit card payment. such as dubai. all dubai applicant pay by credit card.

My card is registered to verified by visa and I had no issues,
Not all the merchants require to enter verified by visa, only few payment gateway requires it that too only for online purchase.
