Credentials evaluation

Hi there!


I would appreciate if anyone could advise on following 2 matters regarding EE application:

1. I have both Master's and Bachelor's degrees. Do I need to evaluate transcripts for both degrees or evaluation of Master's degree (2-year) is sufficient?
2. What to do if name in passport has changed after graduation?

yes safe and better to send both masters and bachelors.

You can mention about the change in name when you raise a request for ECA. You have to mention your current name and your previous name

You need to send both for evaluation. Sending just the Masters is not enough. The only thing not required to be sent if you have a degree is your secondary qualification.

Regarding the change of name, you have to specify that when raising the request. There's no need to send proof of name change to WES, but obviously it won't hurt if you do. I was in the same situation, and intended to send proof of name change but I forgot. I still got my evaluation done without any hassles - they just specify the old and new names on the report, and include a note stating which name was present on the certificates.

Tbh, I was hoping that I don't have to send my BA degree for evaluation, due to some bureaucracy at the university, plus I'm not in the country to clarify the matter. Have to find somebody to do the hustle on my behalf.

Hi,

they are also asking for all secondary and post secondary education. SO if you can even have your high school assessed then go ahead and do that.

I know a few people who got asked for it and a few people who cic didnt ask. Its a hit and miss situation.
