Creation of new profile after receiving ITA from old profile

Hi All,
I have gone through one of the consultant and i received an ITA. But now we have a problem. consultant is not responding properly and delaying in validating my documents and submission. I am not sure what is the reason behind that. But i am not happy with his services.

So now i have create a new profile on my own as he was not ready to share any information with me. Now i have 2 questions for experts -
1) Is it a good idea to create/submit new application though old application was created by representative ?
2) Do i need to mention about old application in new application ?

Experts please advise.

I can not decline it as all the control with consultant. i will wait for consultant to apply as my submission end date is 30th May.
Also in the mean time, if i get new invitation, i will wait till 30th May to expire automatically if consultant doesnt do anything and then i will submit all the documents with my new profile if i receive ITA before 30th May on new profile.

But will it be a wise idea ?

Legally you cannot have multiple active profiles at the same time. Do you happen to know the profile details and EE application number?

hmm.. Yes, I do have express entry application number..

Then create a new GC Key and see if you can transfer your current application to your new account.

There is an option to transfer your existing application, once you log in to your new account.

Thanks, I tried that now. But not enough fortunate. last section, system asked - where do you want to live in Canada, i think consultant gave other option then what i thought of.

So then, i will withdraw my application and wait till 30th May, and if he doesnt do anything by then, i will submit my application. From 1st June, ITA on old profile will not be valid and then i can create/submit my application to avoid any rejection in future. Does it sound good ?
