Creating EE profile urgent questions

Hello every one,

I have 2 confusions while creating my New EE profile was wondering any expert can clear them.

1) I applied back in 2014 fsw and my application was sent back without even processing due cap reached

what should I answer have I applied before for immigration before yes or no ?

2) I had EE profile which is expired now

there is a question have I applied before EE entry before. What should I answer yes or no ?

if yes what is ee entry file number?

2nd question, answer is no. only if you received a file number from CIC, otherwise you should selected "NO" even you created EE profile before.

1st question, either yes or no will not affect your EE eligibility. I chose yes
