CRA - filed as common law - how to prove this? (Spousal sponsorship)

My partner and I filed as common law this year. My partner got his return but my name isn't on it. I didn't get my full return because my accoutnant's clerical error didn't write me in as in a common law relationship initially, and I have had to refile. I'm waiting for an answer now. It does say common law on my online CRA account (though again, my partner's name isn't actually mentioned).

How do I prove that we filed together?

Did you let CRA know you were common law or just file your taxes as so? I would call CRA and let them know, then ask them where you can see the info because you need proof. They are accommodating.

That’s strange, I filed this year as common law (it was my first time filing.) When I got my tax return back i received a form it was one of the first pages in the folder my accountant gave me. It showed common law with both of our names. I would contact your accountant and ask them about it. They might be able to get it for you.

You should have clicked a box that says single, married, common law.

Yeah I did. When I log in, it says I'm common law (on my personal account information page) but it doesn't say my partner's name or any identifying information for some reason. I think I'll end up calling them.
