CPR document

In the CPR document it is written

"Have you any dependents other than those listed here? No"

However i had mentioned my mother as non-accompanying dependent in my application.Also given the affidavit that she will not accompany me now.

Also what is question 15 "Full name , Address and relationship of person willing to assist:"

Don't touch the COPR [except Xchecking that your name, DOB, PP No. etc. are correct]. We have no user fillable columns & rows in it. Just present it to the BSO@POE, let him/her do the needful.

Ps: That line is for the Agent/consultant, if u have one.
