CPP-O spousal sponsorship- requested second medicals?

im an outland US applicant. received a med request feb 21st '13
e-cas says my files been processing since may 3rd '12
i know im in the buffalo backlog, but im curious as to whether anyone else has had contact from CPP-O recently, after sending in medicals?
and if getting a medical request generally means im close to the end of this horrid process...
should PPR come soon?

everyone ive talked to received PCC request and updated personal history request with med request email but i only got med request. anyone else in the same boat?
why wouldnt they ask for everything? i know my PCC is outdated. i got that done before my initial medical...

really hoping i dont get another PCC request because i have gotten a misdemeanor since the last PCC was filed. i know im not inadmissible-- but god im tired of all the unecessary delays.
any insight would be appreciated. i've started to go a wee bit crazy. :-X

We also received a 2nd request for medicals as ours had expired due to delays with Buffalo closing down, etc. Everything else has been done and is within the valid time frame so I'm not anticipating any other delays. *Hopefully*. The only comforting thing that I had found this 2nd time around was that the physician was now eMedical enabled, meaning that within a week at most the results are sent to Ottawa via computer. However, I was told by the physician that they are having numerous issues with the system as it just rolled out in Feb this year. I'm hopeful we will all receive some good news soon
