Hi, I am currently living in USA and am applying for PR under the Express Entry program. I received the CPCO-Final request email towards end of Dec 2017. My passport was delivered to CPC-Ottawa in first week of January, and am still waiting to get my PR stamped (almost 5 weeks now). Is anyone else facing similar delays?
