I got the email that my PPR has been approved one hour ago. As you may know, CIC requests to mail:
1. Passport(s) OR photocopy(ies) of passport(s), as explained in Step 2.
2. Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member. See our specifications
3. One pre-paid return envelope so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents.
4. The completed and signed Annex A listing your current mailing address.
My question is about Annex A. Should I complete and sign it myself? My wife is living in the same apartment of course and she is my dependent in the documents which means her passport will be mailed with mine too, however, I am confused if she needs to complete and sign Annex A copy too or not?
