Hi Guys,
This is more like an update to my previous topic. Basically at the start of June, I received the Passport & Photo Request from CPC-Ottawa. I sent this with a return label, once received CPC got back to me in 2 days saying that the Photos were missing. I sent them an email regarding this, asking them for more information as I suspected that the pictures were of US specifications and didn't match up to the Canadian specifications.
I never received a response, so I proceeded with trying to find a place that would take passport photos according to Canadian specifications as I'm in the US. I sent CPC these photos as per the instructions stated on the request letter. They received and signed for this about 2 weeks ago. There has been no further communication since or any response to my initial email, so I'm just wondering if anyone has any insight on how long does this generally take as my passport is with them and there's been no communication. I'm not sure if I should be worried or if this is just standard practice.
I was thinking of emailing them again, but was wondering if there was any contact # that I could call to receive any kind of update on what's going on. Appreciate any help on this.
Thanks
