I have applied to sponsor my parents on august 2011. (just before they stooped it on November 2011)
in December 2015 they start to process. (in Mississauga)
today, I got an email that I have met the requirement and my case has been send to cpc-ottawa.
my parents are in Iran and i assumed the local visa office would be Ankara - Turkey.

Does this mean that they are going to process it here in Ottawa? if yes does anyone know how long it takes?

I have the same situation as you.
I am worried because they sent an email that we have met requirments and based on my parents home address application is sent to Ankara, but after a month I received another email saying that was an error and application is now sent to Ottawa based on my parents home address!

But my parents home address is Iran!

Should I contact CIC?
Should I be worried?
