CPC ottawa closure

I am international student in canada and I applied for my TRV visa inside canada. Right now, in the middle of the process I have to leave canada because of emergency. I can send my passport to canada to my aunt and then she can send it to ottawa. Does anybody knows is that gonna make a problem or not? That I am not inside Canada?

There is no need to send the passport to Ottawa. You can likely have the visa stamped in your home country's high commission/embassy, or to a closer one if the one in your country is not operating. You may have to send it directly if VFS/VACs are closed.
