Apllication got refusad in Feb 2013
Appealed in March 2013
No ADR no hearing ..Minister council allowed appeal May 2014
Document and medical requested from ottawa office in July 2014
Doument posted in August 2014
No response after from CPC-Ottawa

Is there anyone recieved the response ..after wining appeal and medical please share after how long i can expect to hear from office...

I am behind you. I have mailed documents and medical end of October. I know some one who mailed their documents in October and they recently got requested for passport. Is you file being processed in Ottawa and what is your original visa office?
and what is your online status?

My orginal office was Islamabad ..lol ..i know every one from this office suffering ...even the minister council said in his response to appeal that visa officer wrongly denied the application ...i am still suffering from the hands of this bull**** immigration system even worse ...my online application status is Application recieved..

is there any processing time for appeal cases when can i ask the office for my file status..i read in others threads like 90 days after submitting requested docs and medical ..is that information right.... do you any idea after how long i can ask the office about my file...

try to find out where your file is. Ottawa or Islamabad or ? After you win appeal, the clock will start again. My partner had to wait 20 months until 'landing' However, most of the files are finished a lot quicker. Best guestimate would be 6 -9 months

Just email them and see if they get back to you... I don't know if there is anything else that can be done.

I know my case in Ottawa office as they have already asked for update forms and medical back in August ...i will email them see what i get the result...

Any one please help:
I am from Afghanistan and my wife sponsored me for permanent residence in Canada. First our case was denied then w appealed and our appeal was allowed by IAD and was sent to CPC-O. They contacted me in August 2014 and asked me for some documents and medical checkup. I provided them and sent them back to CPC-O on September 2014. But since that I don't have any update or any contact from them.
Please someone advice me how long more my case would be in process. Thanks Qais

How did everyone do in their cases ? I havent seen any updates for the end results ? Did everything go well ?
