CPC Mississauga Family Sponsorship - Spouse Inland PR Application

Hi,
I am a Permanent Resident and have sponsored my wife for PR. She is currently on visitor's visa. Our application is in CPC Mississauga.
Following is our timeline:
Submitted - July 1 2024
PA AOR received - Aug 8 2024
Medical and Biometrics completed by Sept 2024
Sponsor eligibility - Dec 5 2024

We have also applied for visitor record extension and Open Work Permit on Aug 8th.

Can anyone tell the timeframe? At least how long does it take to get work permit? This is bit frustrating and everything is just stuck. I understand the standard processing time for PR is 12 months but how about work permit, it has been more than 3 months since we heard anything about it. Call centre will just provide updates on what's in the system and nothing concrete. What can be done?
