CPA Pakistan can effect Points

My wife has 16 years of education (MPhil) Finance. She recently completed CPA pakistan. Whether she can get separate points for CPA (Pakistan) qualification.
She has plus 2 - Bsc (2 year) Biology - MBA Finance ( 2 year) - M Phil Finance ( 2 year) and in last CPA (Pakistan)

The only thing that can get more CRS points than a Master's degree is a PhD. There are no separate points for CPA.
