Covid certificate still necessary for international students?

Hi everyone, I'm going to apply as an international student for the next September.
1. Do colleges or Canadian government still require Covid vaccination? I'm not vaccinated with allowed ones.
2. If they dont require, can it be changed?
3. Phizer, moderna, Johnson and Johnson, Astrazeneca. Are these required?
