It's like this:
Employment and financial ties are transitory i.e. not permanent and not binding/compelling to make someone return to his/her home country.

Also, if your husband was unable to support his application with any finances of his own (he is dependent on you financially) this would mean he has significantly weaker employment and financial ties. Can he prove some finances?

Can you prove any reason to return to Pakistan by a specific date? For work or personal reasons?

Do you have a down payment for a property?

Are your parents or in-laws dependent on you/your husband financially or for their well-being? This reason could work if your parents/in-laws don't live with other employed, married siblings

Hello,
I am a pensioner drawing a monthly pension of Rs.43000/-. I am also working part time as an auditor and am earning Rs.32000/- pm. My wife is dependant on me. I have an apartment in my name which will value around Rs.20 lakhs. I have some meagre deposits in my name. My daughter and son in law live in Canada and we wish to visit them sometime next year. They are willing to support us during our stay with them and will be sending invitation letter to us.
We both have valid USA visas.
Do you think we stand a good chance of getting Canada tourist visa.
Please advise.

Can some 1 plz help in invitation letter wants to tell that I will support financially my mother and they want to see her grandchildren
