Many people have been very helpful to me so far. A big thank you!!

Many people seem very-well organized with their applications. Did everyone write a cover letter too? And if so, what did you put in the letter, given that all the relevant facts are stated in the forms or accompanying Annexes? Did the letter simply summarize your case? What, please?

We didn't - we used one "enclosures" sheet with our proofs - nothing else

We aren't including a cover letter either, but we are including a table of contents in addition to the document checklist. I

We also did not include a cover letter. We organized materials in our application into groups based on the way the document checklists group the materials, and we included a title page with a table of contents for each group.
