Cover Letter - Birth Certificate

Hello Guys

I've don't have a birth certificate and am planning to send 10th mark list and Birth Certificate Affidavit by lawyer. Can any one let me know to whom should I address the cover letter.

It will be helpful if any can add a sample format of cover letter for Birth Certificate.

You can address it to "Citizenship and Immigration Canada " . In cover letter explain what you are providing and why you are providing these docs instead of Birth certificate

Hi crazykidjoe,

You can get affidavit from lawer. The affidavit would be included your name, either your father, mother or both name , and your date of birth.
