Courses for students with low academics

Hello,
Any universities (except TRU and RRU) which accept students with low academics for their programs?
My academics:
BCom 51%
MBA FINANCE 56%
Around 4 years of experience

Please guys, suggest me courses after which have good job opportunities and which are eligible for a work permit.
