Course selection in canada after b-tech(computer science) from India

Hi

A friend of mine wants to study in Canada,he is B-tech(computer science) from LPU,Punjab.
So please suggest me some relevant 2 year PG diploma programs which can be studied after B-tech.
he doesn't want to go for Masters.

i hve completed my btech in cse... got acceptance lttr from seneca .. course.. computer system tech. (advanced diploma).. is there any issue of not gettin visa???
