Course relevancy

I have done b.com and i got offer letter for public services . I have one year ngo experience. Can i get visa? Plz reply

..this is a question to consider, does my b.com relates to public services if NO its better to do a suitable course except you are trying to relate public service to your work experience as per your NGO.. I guess then you've to put up a more convincing documents to back your sincerity of being a genuine student
