Course mismatch at high school level?

Hi,
My high school group was commerce but I have been working all my life in Information technology and have certifications in relevant field from well known vendors, now applying to under-graduate program for IT. Does it count as course mismatch or it occurs only when one applies for post graduate programs with different majors?

You will be fine. So many high school students graduate and don't go into a major related to their HS studies. This only occurs for different post graduate programs
