Courier partner for VFS Singapore?

I have got the following email from vfs.

The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. 20201207MYACPKT6XXXX has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, Singapore OC on 12/10/2020 5:29:40 AM via courier partner. Please use Tracking id. or the AWB number provided to track the shipment on the courier partners website after 24hrs.

Courier partner is not clearly told here.

Do you have idea which courier partner will be chosen by VFS Singapore?

I got help from vfs online chat. They are using amrex Malaysia.

Hi, did you receive this letter after biometrics? What did you apply for? PR?

Next day after completing biometrics, I got an email stating:
Visa application, tracking ID No. 20200000SGSIPKT---- The envelope for the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed has been received at the Canadian Visa Application Center at Singapore OC, on the date. We will then send this to the Canadian Visa Application Center Singapore OC. Please note that this is an automated email. Please DO NOT reply to this email.

Am a little confused by this.

My case is inter-company transfer. I received this email after I couriered my passport (and work permit approval letter) to vfs.

I got similar email as you after biometrics. The envelope or decision mentioned in the email did not mean anything for me.

How can vfs send this completely unclear, incomplete and misinformed messages? Why IRCC is not doing anything about it?.

How many days did it take to receive a stamped passport after this email? I'm in the same boat here from Malaysia closed WP.

I got in 7-8 working days.. Vfs messages were incomplete, if were complete then I would not have worried.

I tried to track from Aramex Malaysia using VFS tracking ID but it always says Invalid number / data not currently available. Please would you let me know how did you track from Aramex Malaysia your courier?

You check with vfs Malaysia online chat on Monday morning. They can help you there. The tracking id in the email was different than the actual parcel tracking id in my case.
