Courier or not courier?

There is a difference in processing time when sending the application using courier?
I know it will arrive faster than using normal mail but that office processes the cases faster or something?

No difference once it gets there.
Personally I used a courier (FEDEX). I could track it all the way on-line and took 3 days - not a lot of money for that sort of peace of mind. Your call of course!
