Courier address for CEC class application

Hi Guys,

i see the following as mailing address for CEC class application:

Centralized Intake Office – Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
P.O. BOX 4000
Sydney, NS B1P 1J3
Canada

Currently i am in Canada and i want to get this Couriered.
Will the above address work for Courier also or is there any other address for Courier ?Which mailing service i should choose canada post/DHL or else ?
