Couple Visitor visa rejected, should i reapply immediately with explanation??

Couple Visitor visa applied on 3 may, got refusal on 16 September.. reason no strong ties back home
1- wife is govt employee, me businessman GST number
2- child & elder parents are staying back home
3- invitation dates are expired due to delay (15 August to 28 August)
4- sufficient fund 25+lac in saving & property evaluation

Can I apply immediately with new invitation dates & explaining our strong ties back home.

All documents of job buisness funds are genuine, all govt identity card & NOC is already attached.

Please guide. In my thoughts the rejection is due to backlog & expired invitation dates

So only reason for refusal was strong ties? How long was visit and reason for visit? How much in savings (not properties)? How old is child as parents are not a tie?

Your wife should include a letter of employment with approved leave. You need to show that you have business that you must return to. Invitation dates are not considered so not a reason for refusal. Order GCMS notes for full notes.

You may request for gcms notes to better understand the refusal reason before re-apply. Regards

3 weeks visit to a friends function who is citizen. Saving 25+ lac , child is 15yrs , already attached letter of employment leaves and buisness.

Again was that your only reason for refusal? You have 41k in your bank account so have the funds, which wasn't a reason for refusal. Since you are not visiting family, did friend provide a letter of invitation? If so what did it say?

That's what my lawyer is saying, because we already attached all govt job & buisness documents.. nothing to change, it'll be same

Just invitation is expired one month before the refusal.... And gcms notes are taking more than 3 months now days

So if you aren't changing anything then why reapply so quickly since function has passed?

Yes friend provided a letter of invitation for a family function with his all details, he is a citizen

There is not much else you can do if you feel your profile is strong (only reason for refusal is ties to home country) but reapply. What is reason now to come? Or you just reapply (don't include spouse) and see if approved.

Have you applied for express entry, study permit or WP before? Is the funds in a personal or business account? Have you travelled internationally before especially to countries like US, UK, Australia, etc.? What types of functions were you invited to? If you have functions every 6 months they may not be Mimi entire occasions. Things like birthdays, wedding anniversaries except big anniversary like 50th anniversary where there may be large functions are not generally reasons to travel all the way to Canada.
